Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sudsy Co. Rentals website (sudsycorentals.com) or renting appliances from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Rental Services

Sudsy Co. Rentals provides washer and dryer rental services on a month-to-month subscription basis. Our service includes:

  • Delivery and installation of rented appliances at no additional cost
  • Free maintenance and repairs for the duration of your rental
  • Pickup of appliances upon cancellation of your rental agreement

Eligibility

To rent from Sudsy Co., you must be at least 18 years of age and reside within our service area on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, including Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs, D'Iberville, Long Beach, Gautier, Pascagoula, Pass Christian, and Moss Point. No credit check is required.

Subscription and Payment

  • All rental agreements require a minimum 6-month commitment. After the initial term, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
  • Rental subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
  • Pricing is as listed on our website at the time of sign-up. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
  • Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or termination of your rental agreement.

Cancellation

All rental agreements require an initial 6-month minimum term. After the initial 6-month period, you may cancel your rental at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • No cancellation fees apply after the initial 6-month term
  • We will schedule a pickup of the rented appliances at a mutually convenient time
  • Your final billing cycle ends at the close of your current subscription period

Customer Responsibilities

As a renter, you agree to:

  • Provide working washer and dryer hookups (hot/cold water supply, drain, and appropriate electrical outlet or gas connection) at your residence
  • Use the rented appliances for normal household laundry purposes only
  • Not move, modify, or attempt to repair the appliances yourself — contact us for all service needs
  • Allow reasonable access for delivery, installation, maintenance, and pickup
  • Report any issues or malfunctions promptly by calling (228) 338-3455

Damage and Liability

  • Normal wear and tear is expected and covered under your rental agreement. Maintenance and repairs due to normal use are provided at no charge.
  • You may be responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to provide proper hookups.
  • Sudsy Co. Rentals is not liable for water damage, property damage, or personal injury resulting from improper hookups or misuse of rented appliances.

Ownership

All rented appliances remain the property of Sudsy Co. Rentals at all times. Renting does not transfer ownership. Appliances must be returned in reasonable condition upon cancellation.

Service Area

Our delivery and service area covers the Mississippi Gulf Coast. If you move outside our service area, you must notify us to arrange appliance pickup and cancellation of your rental.

Website Use

  • All content on sudsycorentals.com — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Sudsy Co. Rentals and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sudsy Co. Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in rental fees during the preceding 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi.
